Like R Elkins, there is not enough to say about this wonderful vitamin. I started taking this product a month ago, after severe hair damage due to an overactive thyroid condition. After a month's usage I have noticed a marked improvement in my hair condition, that was previously dry, brittle & thinning!! My hair is now coming to life and is beginning to feel like it's thick, curly & un-ruley self!! However, there's still a long way to go, and I will continue to use these vitamins until the desired results are attained, which seems like a doddle considering how effective they have been in this short period of time. This is a fantastic product, that I cannot recommend it highly enough.

There is not enough to say about this wonderful vitamin. Dosent turn your urine yellow. You can take it on an empty stomach. Most importantly. IT WORKS! my hair is thick and flowing and down to my lower back there is an obvious difference in the texture of my hair from the roots to the tip. My roots are smooth and frizz free. I am hooked on this forever! I like to do 3 months of this vitamin , then three months of megafoods hair skin and nails. Then new Chapter prenatal ect... Cycling your vitamins keeps them effective.

I have been taking these for a couple months now. I have recently been under a great amount of stress and noticed that my hair was beginning to shed a lot. These have been really helpful in decelerating that as well as helping with new hair growth. The downsides to these vitamins are cost and frequency of dose (it's suggested you take three a day). They are easy to swallow and can be taken on an empty stomach so I am actually able to take these throughout the day without adhering to a strict meal accompaniment schedule. I am definitely going to keep taking these and highly recommend them.
