I received my batteries promptly only problem was they didn't fit into my phone. I emailed my problem to the seller and he promptly sent me the correct batteries at no change.

I am happy to say I've had this battery for a few months now and my the cordless phone is working like it did when I first purchased it. I am also HAPPY to say for the price I bought two, which was much cheaper than buying the battery from the site where I bought the phone. Great deal and quality.

Battery works as expected. The size and shape are exactly like the old battery and it fits in the battery compartment properly.

My Vtech phones were four (4) years old and they were getting to be as reliable as the weather forecast in mid-west Florida. They were on the way to the trash barrel when I decided that for the cost of their replacements I might take a chance on new batteries. The batteries did the trick at one eighth the cost.

More importantly was how the seller, Power-O-Matic, responded to the awkward way I ordered these batteries. I inadvertently ordered the wrong ones and, after finding out from Amazon that I would have to work things out directly with the seller, I immediately ordered a second set of the correct batteries from the same seller. Now I had two (2) orders out there for similar products and I felt I would be responsible for both. That really wouldn't be the worst thing as it would still be cheaper than a new set of telephones. It took one email to Power-O-Matic explaining what I had done to take care of the problem. They cancelled out the incorrect order, pulled it from their shipping schedule and replaced it with the correct product...No Questions Asked. The batteries are fine and work very well...The seller is worth buying from now and in the future...Thanks Power-O-Matic...You guys are really stellar folks.

I had the same problem another reviewer had with this battery. I had to clip off some plastic pieces on the jack to make it fit into my vtech. But, once I did that it has worked just fine.

This battery is just what I needed. It is much cheaper than the local superstore can provide. The only hitch was the polarization of the plug was wrong so it wouldn't plug directly into my phone but two snips eliminated the offending plastic pieces and it then was pluggable the right way (red to red and black to black). The super store replacements also have this requirement so the V-Tech phones have changed since mine was made.

Product (battery for cordless land line phone) was shipped as stated. Product was easy to install myself. Product was charged when I got it. So far, product is working as expected. Good experience with ordering, receiving, installing, and performance so far.

Arrived prior to expectations. And, most importantly, it worked! I will tell everyone about this feature, online ordering for less.

I will make this short and sweet. The battery came ahead of schedule, nicely packaged, came as advertised and most importantly it does exactly what is suppose to do...WORK GREAT! Holds a very nice charge NO problems so far! Has been about a month now and still working GREAT! You can't beat the price on top if it.

The battery arrived quickly, in excellent condition. It was exactly as advertised, it works brilliantly with my Vtech phone.
