Book Description

November 1, 2007
New Day Revolution shows you how small changes in your daily routine can make a big difference. Next time you throw out the juice carton, take five seconds to compact it and save space in the landfill, or grab an extra box of crayons for your local school when you buy a box for your child. For people who feel they have little time, this first book from the duo that launched CoolPeopleCare.org gives helpful hints, practical tips, and step by step instructions on how to make a big difference in the local community and the world at-large with whatever time you have. We can't all be Jack Bauer, running down bad guys and defusing bombs - but we can all make an impact where we are with what we've got.

5.0 out of 5 stars Revolutionizing Revolution October 12, 2007
Format:Paperback
This book is full of surprises and creative and simple ideas to change the world! Yes, simple ideas to change the world! Seems like a paradox I know, but read the book and you will know what I mean. New Day Revolution takes this overwhelming idea and fits it into your daily routine. This book is a pleasure to read and it kept me turning the page to see what the next new, creative, and often completely mundane act I might do today to help change the world.

5.0 out of 5 stars Change The World Every Day October 27, 2007
Format:Paperback
Sam Davidson and Stephen Moseley have done much more than create a list of things we can do. Their book also provides a basic education on a variety of important topics including energy use, recycling and fair trade. This learning occurs without realizing it. New Day Revolution: How to Save the World in 24 Hours is fun to read and contains stories and amazing facts to reinforce the major impact we can have. This book demonstrates how we can help save the world even with only a small amount of time and a willingness to make simple lifestyle changes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy and Educational Read January 19, 2008

Format:Paperback
New Day Revolution: How to Save the World in 24 Hours
This book has taken a baby boomer who was brought up in the disposable generation and maken me aware of the need for conservation - of water, of paper, of plastic, of all things that are ending up in our landfills. The book is an easy read and full of humor. It's thought-provoking and motivating in its simplicity.
