I have purchased several books by Joyce Meyer. They are excellent reading. She goes the extra step in putting things in a way the we can easily understand and identify with. Therefore this daily reading of scripture for a whole year is teriffic! Her earlier publication "Staring Your Day Right" and "Ending Your Day Right", are still great for our daily time with Our Lord and Saviour! They also, make greats gifts!

Joyce Meyer has a down to earth style. This book is that, and more. It is a collection of inspirational and thoughtful devotions, to start your day off right. We could all use a friendly/intelligent word in the morning, couldn't we? I find, as with all her other books, and resources, that Joyce doesn't disappoint with this one.

This daily devotional is also a Must Have. Joyce again gives us God's Word at the right time. Is like a mini Bible Study Every Day! I love it, The Word of God is so beautifully and clearly presented!

I received a copy of this book as a gift for Christmas, after reading it for a month and loving it, I bought 4 copies for gifts. I even gave one to the person who bought it for me. ALL 4 people have said it helped their outlook every day in under 60 seconds. Even my husband asks to read the daily devotional when I am done. This is a great gift for yourself or a dear friend!

I had bought the book and was having trouble making time reading it...so I bought the CD. It is just what I needed on the way to work, on the way home, anytime I have time to listen. Joyce Meyer's is always an inspiriration to me. She has done it again with her uplifting, no nonsense words of faith. Truly a gift from God...

I wanted a devotional book that would be a daily time to read a little bit of the Bible and a short devotional to go along with the Scripture portion. This one fits the bill perfectly. Joyce Meyer is always so practical in her applications and encouragements to live a godly life.

Joyce Meyers makes it easy for anyone to understand scriptures and relate them to their lives. This book has so much GOOD stuff, you can pick it up anytime and find something new. My mother bought this as a gift for me a few years ago. I've since bought two copies to give as gifts for a friend and a family member.

Each day brings a new something to look forward to. In "New Day. New You", Joyce brought forth words of encouragement that helped the day ease along. Having a new subject everyday gave a sort of excitement about what was to come tomorrow. I had to stop myself plenty of days from gazing over at the next meditation. I believe that whatever I was reading for that day was for that day. I've had this book now for over two years and I still pick it up for random words of encouragement.

Joyce is such a great writer. I haven't read this whole book yet since I'm doing one day at a time, but I've gotten through a couple months and it's something I look forward to reading and meditating on every morning. Each day starts with a scripture and then her explanation of it, usually with her personal experiences on the subject. I love reading her stories because she's lived them. She's been through a lot of tough times that many people would probably think were hopeless situations. And to see where she is now is so inspirational. She knows her stuff.
I'm loving this book.

Good bites of Joyce's awesome, God-inspired teachings that are much easier to absorb in daily doses than a whole book on one of her topics. Bought a second copy for a friend that's in a challenging situation and also short on time!
