This review is from: New Dimensions in Privacy Law: International and Comparative Perspectives (Hardcover)
Andrew Kenyon and Megan Richardson have assembled some diverse authors who present various aspects of privacy law with a particular focus on England and the EU. The book is a great resource in trying to unravel the twists and turns in common law privacy especially as Emglish law is influenced by decisions in Strasbourg. The articles were carefully selected and range from theoretical to very pragmatic outlooks.
