I think that the only criticism that I can level at this book is that the authors could have elaborated more on the locality of where the pictures were taken. While the photography is stunning (by Kindra Clineff, whose name is misspelled on the cover), the text is wishy-washy and pointless. There is very little specific information on the places mentioned (history, architectural styles, etc) but rather vague inspiration for the home decorator.
