If the first digital revolution was the digital tools that help for our task and life, the next wave of the digital revolution
is the digital environment with intelligence embedded in everyday of our life. AMI is all abouts our efforts to build that kind of intelligent digital environment. I like this book for it's introduction of nearly all aspects of AMI- vision, technology, business, social effects, project cases in one place.

Not too deep for a text book,

This book shows a very optimistic way of looking at the future. I find that it works well for the most part as a text book. However, the structure of the chapters could be a little clearer in some places.
