A Common Sense approach to Low Carbing,

I found this book and plan much easier to get in to than Dr Atkins. As a Brit, I like the no nonsense, no bragging approach to this diet. You don't have to go through all the pains, headeaches and strict regime of Atkins to still get great results! An excellent book .Also his carb counting book is great, as well as his cookbook.

I've been waiting for 5 weeks for this book. If I had known I would have to wait this long I would have ordered it from another vendor.
Where the heck is it already? I don't even want it any more I'm so angry.

Very Easy Way To Lose Fat,

Only one other review on Amazon besides the one I am writing? Seems a shame for such a good book, and an effective approach to FAT loss - note that I use 'FAT' not 'weight' because the distinction is very well explained in Dr Clarke's book. Look on the UK Amazon, if you want to make your purchase choice based on more than two (as of the time of writing this) reviews. The truth about dieting is presented, in the first part, in lay-persons terms, so you understand the truth about the usual low-fat, high-carb diets and - more importantly - why they don't work! Surprising facts await, especially about fats, but after understanding the first part of the book, I was more convinced about dieting, and more motivated than I have ever been by any other typs of diet. The second part is dedicated to recipes, which are good to follow if you are not interested in cooking. If you are, you can use the recipes as a guide to make your own diet - I say 'diet' but it's far from it. Simple rules to obey, no hunger pangs, this is a very effective diet.
