This is a nice large 1:16 tractor but its made of plastic which has not broken yet but I'm afraid it will soon. The hitch is removable which is very easy for a kid to lose. Definitely not as durable as the 1:16 die cast tractor I had as a kid.

We had to get a blue tractor, b/c Papa had a blue tractor. And New Holland tractors aren't easy to find. I was glad Amazon had this one. It's the perfect size for little boys (or girls) to play with. It is plastic which I don't know if that will decrease the life of it, but I actually preferred it to be plastic because it's an inside toy at our house and I think a metal one would destroy things :) The sounds it makes sound just like papa's tractor, and it's an all around nice toy!
