After seeing Vanessa on "BET on Jazz" made me curious about her work and I am pleased. NEW HORIZONS is by far her best work. Each tune has been chosen carefully and she performs to the highest quality. Her approach to Stevie Wonders SUPERWOMAN (WHERE WERE YOU WHEN I NEEDED YOU) Is my most favorite. Sandra Kaye

I started to collect Rubin's music after meeting her in Augusta GA in 2003 at a holiday performance.
She is a very gifted musician and a wonderful person. She has a way with an audience as well.

Simply beautiful, Vanessas voice is pure magic, I hear Nancy, Sarah, Billie & Dianne. And they all come together on the one. This album has so many beautiful colors, and is full of passion. Completly bringing out your mellow smooth. Light some candles, pour your favorite taste. Let Vanessa set the mood.

Vanessa Rubin's clean vocal stylings are once again artfully applied in this her latest album. Vanessa's Stevie Wonder cover of "Superwoman..." is marvelous as are her other tracks. This is definetely a play the whole thing LP.
