Product Description
The IndoFLO is ready to ride after the deck is placed in a centered position atop the cushion. Step onto the deck using a shoulder width stance being careful to have a centered posture as well as a centered foot position. The resulting 'instability' fully engages the core muscles while stimulating the balance receptors in your legs and dramatically reduces the element of risk from falls!
Cushion can be inflated to suit your level: Soft for easiest action, firm for moderate action, and hard for extreme action.

Awesome for balance and core muscle workout,

At first, I couldn't do it. I about put my head through a wall trying to learn to balance on the barrel. Then I tried the IndoFlo cushion for a week and got up on the barrel with no problem.
The video disc that came with it is really cheesy, but somewhat informative. At least you can see that people can really do this and it's not a marketing joke. I mean, really, a guy does squats with a bar while balancing on the board! 180's, hang ten, 50/50, it's all possible once you get the hang of it. Use the IndoFlo cushion first, then work to getting on the barrel. That way you won't be frustrated with it and give up.

This board is great for building strength and balance.If you are re-habbing and injury or operation you need one of these.

The product is very nice. Great exercise! My kids loved it! The CD for info and how to use is.....poor , to say the least.
