THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BON JOVI CDS! "BAD MEDICINE" IS DEFINITELY A SONG TO TURN UP! "I'LL BE THERE FOR YOU" IS ONE OF HIS BEST LOVE SONGS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FAV. OF MINE. 3 GREAT ONES THAT I ALWAYS END UP PLAYING A LOT ARE "BORN TO BE MY BABY", "LIVING IN SIN", AND "WILD IS THE WIND". ALL OF THESE SONGS ABSOLUTELY MAKE THIS CD! THEIR ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS, THEIR UPS AND THEIR DOWNS. "WILD IS THE WIND" IS A REMARKABLE SONG. A GUY LOVED HIS GIRLFRIEND AND WANTED TO GIVE HER HIS ALL, BUT HIS ALL WASN'T ENOUGH FOR HER... IT'S TRULY A SONG TO PLAY OVER AND OVER. I THINK A LOT OF PEOPLE CAN RELATE TO THAT. I'VE LISTENED TO THIS CD HUNDREDS OF TIMES AND OF ALL THE BON JOVI ALBUMS I HAVE, THIS ONE PROBABLY IS THE #1 GREATEST.

New Jersey was my first Bon Jovi album back in 1989 when I turned 10, and I've had FOUR more copies since because I wore it out so many times! I haven't even gotten this yet and I can give it a great rating: 5 stars, a MUST for Bon Jovi fans, one of their best! Lay Your Hands on Me, Bad Medicine, Born To Be My Baby, Living In Sin, I'll Be There For You, and Blood on Blood (which I believe was only released as a video single, but don't quote me on that!) are all great songs! Homebound Train is a wild in-your-face song, with a neat harmonica/keyboard/guitar solo going (goes from one into the other!), Wild is thw Wind (my personal favorite!) is great ballad, Ride Cowboy Ride is recorded in Mono, but still a real treat for Richie Sambora fans (because he sings the WHOLE thing with Jon!!!!), Stick to Your Guns, another great ballad with a Western theme behind it like "Wanted Dead or Alive", 99 in the Shade is a great party song, such as Crush's One Wild Night, and Love For Sale is a fun song that will have people rolling on the floor with laughter!

If this box set has more songs (possibly JBJ singing lead on Richie Sambora's 'Rosie' and a different version of Richie's 'River of Love' (don't quote me, I WILL write another review once I get this set), then it is worth more than words can describe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
