MAGICK is something I have been into since I was a teenager. . . I was always lighting candles and trying to harness the power to evoke the spirits that surround us, but are mainly invisible until we are able to "call them up" to do our bidding.Well this book has worked wonders for me. I have successfully attempted at least a dozen of the spells which Dragonstar lays out in great detail.One for attracting a new lover did just that. Two days after I performed a love spell, my phone rang and it was this beautiful blonde I had met on the unemployment line. And speaking of unemployment, I also just got rehired at the compamy I got laid off from. Seems they couldnt do without my assistance in the office.

This Book is a GREAT book for the beginner. From basic Spells to complex potions. If you want to know more, just read the book. If you don't believe in magick, then it's fun fantasy reading!

I really enjoyed this book! I found it very informative and interesting. I have always been interested in magick and spells, but I was often thrown off because some books are way too complex. New Magick Handbook, on the other hand, explains how spells and magick really work and simplifies the process for modern readers to utilize effectively. You don't have to be a Wiccan or whatever to use magick to better your life. Try it for yourself and see. A great book for those interested and just starting, and those who already have experience with magick.

The book arrived as stated. The New Magic Handbook is what it is,a handbook. It's large print makes it simple to read.Each chapter is well written i enjoy reading this book over and over.Something new always stands out.All the magicial excersizes are easy to carry out even for the beginner.This is one of those books people will treasure to have in their collection.

The first time I read this book I was pleased with the simplicity and concise nature of the information. However, I would have only rated it four stars because I found some of the spells to be well known and readily available in other sources. The second time I realized that the author included them for the same reason that the book is titled "simple spells" and that when taken as a whole, the book is complete. I really enjoyed the first fifty pages and found the rest of the book to be easy to work with. By my third reading I have worked some of the spells and I highly recommend this book. This is a good book and I rate it five stars with pleasure.

I have always been interested in magick and how to cast spells. Before New Magick Handbook, I had been stymied by books that had spells that were too long, hard to do, and just seemed silly. New Magick Handbook says that rituals associated with magick are merely ways to focus our minds, and that it is our will, our minds, that actually make magick work, not the rituals. I know that it has worked for me. Way to go Dragonstar!
