This shower filter was very easy to install and after flushing it as instructed for 5 minutes I took a long shower and washed my hair. My hair didn't have the normal dryness and my skin hardly needed lotion. I highly recommend buying this filter for ease of installation and effectiveness.

This item did not require special tools and was easy to install.
I noticed the difference in water quality after the first use.
My skin did not feel 'tight' and my hair was also softer.
I have only had the unit for a short time so I have not had to replace any filters yet.
The massage setting felt great on my neck. The hose is a good length and we plan on using this to help us bathe our pets.
Only thing I noticed that could be improved is that the handle does not have any type of finger/hand grip. It wasn't difficult to hold, but some may it harder to hold and I just wanted to mention it.

I plan on ordering another unit for our house.

I have owned two of these for over a year now. Easy to install, and much easier to adjust than other message heads that I've used. The filter is easy to replace, and it really works. I have well water that is very hard, and I've noticed a huge difference using this filter - no more straw hair. A bonus is hardly any mineral build-up on the shower head - something that has killed other shower massagers at my house.

So, why only 4 stars? Well, after a year the one in my shower will no longer change settings - it just spins around. To be fair, I change settings far more than the other user (washing dogs, me, air filters, everything!). Overall, I have been so satisfied with the product, compared to others I've used, that I'm going to buy another.

I like this shower head - it's easy to install, easy to change filters, and works great. One thing to be aware of - the part that holds the shower head in place can break with less than significant force. I've had this happen twice now. Each time I've been able to get a replacement part free of charge, but it's still a bit of a hassle, and I've had to reinstall and use my conventional shower head while waiting for the part to arrive. So be a little careful...

I've been a long-time sufferer of eczema, psoriasis, and dry skin. I attributed these problems mostly to moving to an extremely dry climate. Recently, I decided that I needed a new shower head. While browsing on Amazon, I happened to come across New Market Naturals. I read all of the positive reviews and I started wondering if my skin problems might have something to do with the water. I decided that it couldn't hurt to give this a try. After my first shower, I immediately noticed a significant difference. My skin felt softer and the filtered water didn't strip away my natural body oils. Also, at that time, I was experiencing a moderate flare-up of eczema. The next day, I noticed that my skin had calmed down and it was clearing up fast! Anyone who has eczema and/or psoriasis knows what a battle it is to deal with these painful conditions and the endless experiments with trying different treatments, i.e., steroid creams, lotions, vitamins, prescriptions, etc. I do not know if this will have a long-term effect on my condition as I've only been using it for a short period of time, but I feel so positive about it that I think anyone with these types of skin problems should give this a try. Even if it does not "cure" my skin issues, I already feel like it's had a tremendous impact on the way my skin feels. Anything that gives some sort of measure of relief is worth it.

Was happy to find a hand held with a filter. Refills are not a bad price either. Very easy to install. Has a couple of settings. Household favorite was the all outside ring powerful one. Definitely doing a great job filtering. We all noticed the difference, and very much enjoyed the shower. We wash our dogs in our tub in in the winter months, so I was happy to see that the hose was a great length. End result, very happy with the purcase and would recommend easily.

I bought this shower head and my family LOVES it! It gives extra height to your shower, which we needed, and the water pressure is great. Unfortunately, ours broke after about 3 months - which may have been our fault, not sure on that since I wasn't in the shower when it happened. But I called the supplier: Online Health Supply and WOW such fantastic customer service!! This you do not see very often. They are shipping out a replacement right away at no cost to me. You can't do better than that, and I want to give my kuddos to them! You know, sometimes things happen with products, and the only thing you are left with is whether or not a company has integrity and treats their customers as though they value them. Well, Scott at Online Health Supply was fabulous. I would DEFINITELY buy this product again, and for sure buy from this supplier.

We purchased this unit after our original was dropped on the floor and cracked. This unit is much better with a larger head and more settings allowing for almost the rain forest type of shower head. Since the connector the pipehead is flexible it allows you to position the head in any direction. If you are looking for a filtered shower head because of hard water, I strongly suggest researching this unit. It is easy to install and the filters last a long time again dependent on how hard your water is. Good luck.

I admit I was skeptical at first but I am a true believer now! I received my shower head on 11-4-11 and installed it the next morning - Very easy!

My previous shower head (a hand held unit with no filter) leaked from several different spots and greatly reduced my water pressure. The new shower head does not leak and has double my water pressure!

Hair - I have fine, straight, color treated hair that has looked awful for years. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years trying every product known to man with little or no results. I noticed a difference after the 1st shower and after 5 days I have soft, slightly curly hair, with plenty of bounce and shine!

Skin - Always felt dry and tight after my shower despite the use of moisturizing body gel and lotion, and a coat of lotion after I got out of the shower! Now I just use the shower gel and nothing else!

I used to feel like my hair and skin had a residue on it after every shower - that feeling has gone away completely!

And if you still aren't sold - This is the first review I have ever written for any product I have ever purchased in my entire life!

I live in Huntsville Alabama where you can smell the chlorine in the water when it comes out of the tap - I can't speak for anyone else, but this product has made a huge difference for me!

I had such bad luck with shower heads, all of the cheapies leaked and plain broke after a couple of weeks. this shower head has been great. I don't consider myself a "handy" person as far as home repairs go but i installed this shower head in about 15 minutes. No leaks, great water pressure. the filter works great. Where i live the water is very heavily chemically treated and now there is no odor and my hair is softer and actually less frizzy (for you ladies out there who feel my pain). I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking for a great shower head that has a filter and easy to install.
