This book, although written in the 1970s, is still an excellent and comprehensive primer on the science and art of bio-feedback. I was first exposed to this book, and the technology that it uses to enhance our lives, in college in Chicago. It was delightful to reread this book after all of these years and still find it so well written and fresh. The master, the serious student and the interested dabbler in personal change and the power of the unconscious mind would do well to read and ponder this book.
