everything i want to here from a jazz trio, all three of these musicians are clearly masters but to watch mark ferber live is unforgettable. kreisberg has truely inspired me to reach this level of jazz.

These guys really gel with one another. Excellent mix of standards and originals. Of the originals, I especially like Peru, in which Kreisberg plays a McLaughlin-esque outro. His playing is passionate and forceful throughout. And the organ sounds provided by Versace make for an overall unique listening experience. If you like organ trios you won't be disappointed with this album.

This CD sets the mood for creativity... in beauty, originality and elegance; surely is very refreshing to listen to; this is Jazz, Blue Note at its best... really beautiful; The spontaneous touch, the wild yet very controled impulse is there; remarkable artistry from three great musicians... a stunning display of creativity, skills, techniques, verve, and unrivaled talents; this Trio forms a perfect unity, the flow from track 1 and all the way through this album is simply superb... mesmorizing indeed...

Guitar, Hammond B3 organ, drums... (played so clearly and beautifully, in a very harmonious and unique way...) but you could swear there is a bass walking along enthusiastically in there as well; somehow the terrific unity of this Trio conveys this idea... as the sound from this highly intelligent Trio is so full, brilliant... imaginative... and TRULY ORIGINAL... cohesive indeed...

The creativity and beauty recorded on this album goes well beyond what most other considered 'great' performers have ever achieved... in their lifetime. Highly praised CD... by someone who listens to a lot of Jazz... and is really impressed with "NEW FOR NOW" by JONATHAN KREISBERG TRIO. A TRIUMPH in JAZZ MUSIC... and FOR DECADES TO COME...
