Wonderful playing, tons of personality. More subtle than Louis Armstrong. Generous mix of 17 selections. When these tunes come up on the ipod, I pick it up -- who IS that playing?
January 2009 update: I really like this CD. Every single track. It gets better over time. Also check out Alpert Burbank in this series. |
