I bought this book just before we finally decided on getting an english bulldog puppy. It was well organized, easy to read, had some great pictures (but not too many). It gives some good advice on what to expect in raising a bulldog and covers almost every health issue that may arise. A good book for anyone thinking about getting a bulldog or who is just learning about bulldogs.

This book is a great training guide for your little bulldog. i have an English Bull, and I love her to death. This book helped me with everything I needed to know, from dental care to how to prevent biting.
If you have an English Bull, American, Olde English, French, or whatever, this book is a must read.

This book is perfect for anyone thinking about getting a bulldog or has just purchased one. Easy to read and well organized.

We are in the process of buying a Bulldog Puppy, this book has EVERYTHING you need to know, LOTS of pictures, and VERY EASY to read. I am not a big reader... but I enjoyed this book and look forward to our new arrival.

I've recently become interested in the English Bulldog, and this book just re-affirmed my love for this beautiful beast. The book was very informative about the history, the health problems, training them and caring for them. It also offers information on dog training and caring in general. The pictures just make you fall in love with the Buldog over and over again. I finished reading the book in only a couple of days and now am re-reading it. It gave me just enough history on the breed that now I am searching for another book with more background. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is interested in the English Bulldog.

I am in the research stage in wanting a bulldog. I loved this book. It told me what I needed to know and if this breed was for me. I've wanted a bulldog for years and now I'm ready.

Purchased this book in preparation for the soon arrival of my bulldog puppy. It is extremely informative, with info from chooing the right puppy/breeder, to helpful hits about raising and training your dog. There are pleanty of color photo's (not enough adult dog pics though). A must, both for the novice and the experienced bulldog owner.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It contains a lot of information on Bulldogs ranging from their history to grooming and the breed standard. One little complaint, it is full of tons of advertising. The authors really like Nylabones. It's still a very informative book about Bulldogs. I definitely recommend it if you're a new owner, like me!! (o:

My boyfriend had an English bulldog as a child and wants one now very badly,so we have started the process. I thought this would be a good book to read and refresh him on being a bulldog owner. The pictures in the book are adorable,the information is thorough and gives you information on the breed history,how to pick the bulldog and the whole puppy process. I would highly recommend buying this book.

This is a great book for anyone,looking or that has purchased a new Bulldog, great photos, just a complete joy to read...
MY advise is: don't pass this one up.
