A New Owner's Guide to Weimaraners
We are first time owners of a Weimaraner Puppy. This was excellent for us, it covers the dogs origin, characteristics, feeding & bathing, housebraking & training, health care, dental care, traveling, behavior, plus what to look for in a show dog and sports companion. Nice pictures and general information.
We just brought home a weimaraner puppy. This book is good for basics but did not go into specifics in regards to the breed. For example, the training section of the book was very simple, basic instruction. No specifics in that portion, nor did I feel that other sections had too much detail. On the plus side, the section on the breed's history was very informative...
