I read the first edition many years ago.

If you're seriously interested in finding a job which suits you, take a Myers-Briggs personality test and sit down with a career consultant. Something that these...

Tom and Ellen Jackson, two of the most experienced and effective career counselors working in America today, have brought what has always been the best of all the resume books to a new level of excellence. The advice, the exercises, the forms, and the more than 100 sample resumes make this the one resume book to have in your library and to use as the foundation of a really powerful job search or career development process. There's nothing out there that comes close! I can only applaud the continuing and outstanding contribution to the field that has always been the hallmark of the work of the Jacksons.

5.0 out of 5 stars very user friendly and comprehensive book, September 19, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: New Perfect Resume (Paperback)
This book is a great tool kit for writing your own resume. Checklists and sample paragraphs for many industries help you identify your strengths, weaknesses and capabilities. The authors strike a good balance between sharing their advice and delivering lots of information and samples.
