This audio book was amazing. I learned so much about the power of the body and mind and I'm already using the ideas from the book to improve my life. Deepak Chopra is knowlegeable, entertaining and thought provoking.

I have been listening to this lecture for years and never get tired of it. My first copy was a cassette tape. Deepak Chopra explores the idea that it is our perception of ourselves and our world that ultimately creates us. The mind body connection is thoroughly examined with a series of scientific and spiritual anecdotes. We are what we think! Our bodies are shaped by our thoughts and emotions. As a medical doctor, Chopra applies these concepts to healing and the limitless possibilities found in quantum mechanics. I have lent my copy to so many people, I still feel so inspired by it. Chopra is engaging on all levels. Highly recommended.
