Great song..., January 21, 2004

The videos are on the disc! I contacted Saddle Creek and here's what they told me.
hello,
thanks for writing to us about the error in the enhanced content of the
'new
resolution' cd single. unfortunately, all of the first pressing of the
single was manufactured this way. the error, which is exclusive to
windows-based pc's, has been corrected for future pressings of the cd.
(apple/macintosh computers handle the enhanced content without error).
the video files are on the cd you have, they are just hidden. here is
information on how to view the hidden video files from the cd itself:
Windows XP:
1) Go to Start Menu/Control Panels/Appearances and Themes/Folder
Options/
2) Select the View tab
3) Under the 'Hidden Files and Folders' Folder, select the show hidden
files
and folders button
4) Go to My Computer and right click on the cd, select open. Navigate
to the
media folder of and you should see the videos there.
* note - It is advised to change your settings back to not showing
hidden
files and folders after you watch the videos on this disc.
Windows ME:
1) Go to Start Menu/Control Panels/Folder Options/
2) Select the View tab
3) Under the 'Hidden Files and Folders' Folder, select the show hidden

if you continue to experience problems or would like a fully functional

I love this song. Fantastic. The remix has me looking forward to the next Dntel project even more. Mine has the enhanced menu, but seems to be missing the videos. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.
