These 3D passive glasses work great for the VIZIO E3D420VX 42 Inch Class Theater 3D LCD HDTV with VIZIO Internet Apps. In fact, they work with any TV with theatre 3D glasses (passive glasses). These range in price from $4 and up. So cannot beat the price. After testing the product out successfully, I am going to buy another pair from the same seller.

I do not understand all the negative reviews. Do not give one star reviews when the glasses work as described. It is not the seller's fault you (the buyer) don't know that there are two different kinds of 3D glasses for Home 3D televisions. Active Shutter 3D glasses are much more expensive and they aren't any better.

Please note that it was a big disappointment, the item was not is a Genuine RealD 3D circular Polarized Glasses, it was not in the original RealD plastic bag but in bubble wrap, the item did not even have the logo on the temple of the glasses.

This was just a very bad deal and the person selling the item is very very dishonest.

Please don't waste your money on these, they give these exact pairs away free at the theater... which is the only place they will work anyway. If you're trying to watch 3D movies at home, unfortunately you need to spend the money on buying a 3D compatible TV and the equipment that goes along with it.

I just wanted to clear up some confusion people seem to have with these. I have a pair from the movie theater. They ONLY work at the movie theater.

If you are looking for a cheap option for a TV this is not it. If you have a 3D TV you need the expensive glasses recommended for that TV. The TV companies have proprietary 3D technology and you need their special glasses. You can not get universal glasses.

Ok, the good news. If you have a 2D TV you may be able to watch some tings in 3D. You need a DVD that supports Polarization 3D, aka Red/Green or Red/Blue 3D Glasses.

I am ordering the Pro-AnaTM - PRO-X Style. They look really nice compared to the old cardboard ones. I plan to use them for a PC game called Minecraft. I will review them on that product page when I get them.

These are the old tech glasses and do not work for the new digital 3-D

Selling something you get free that won't do you a bit of good anywhere outside of the real 3D theater.

Only RealD glasses provided by theaters and glasses bearing "RealD Certified" are authorized for RealD equipped theaters. Other "compatible" versions can be inferior and may not provide a superior viewing experience.

There is no information if these fit over prescription glasses?
So I didn't ditch the product but I'm not the only one who needs to
know. Thanx and hope the seller lets people know one way or another
about if they can fit over or be worn over prescription glasses too.
Otherwise I assume they are like the others in this class and work
as well as any of them for this particular 3D technology.

Finding out that 3D glasses have to be powered with batteries, and programed to the TV set really made me feel that I was really stupid for getting these...a total waste of money and intellect
