Like most I was hooked by the song "New Soul" in the Mac Air ad. So I march to the store and get the CD (I still like CD's, something about the smell-anyway...), and play her in my car right away. I didn't feel the need to skip one song which is very rare! This is a very well written, well sung and thoughtful and mellow pop album. I liked it. I will say that "new soul" sounds a little out of place even though it's a brilliant song. So this girl kind of reminds me a little of Regina Spektor and a lot of Fiona Apple but she's got her own thing which is nice and refreshing to me. If there's a song I didn't like at ALL was her remake of Britney Spear's "Toxic"; Don't get me wrong it's a different take on the song and an improvement but I can't get the original singer out of my head and it angers me that I'm forced to think of Britney at all! Otherwise I'm learning to like the Cd more and more every time I listen to it.

I do enjoy the two songs on the CD. Yes, two.... that's my fault for not reading what I was buying. I though I was getting a full CD, but instead I paid $$ for this single. I am making this public confession for not reading in order to get this mistake to stick in my brain. GO YAEL! You have a great voice.

This is an exciting debut album from an Israeli singer-songwriter. Since she's not a ultra-fluent speaker of English, her English language lyrics are simplistic but are competent enough.

A beautiful vocal song. I would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of good music, especially female singers like Feist, Regina Spektor, Corinne Bailey Rae, or Sara Bareilles.

I was mislead by the description of the item. I wanted the album, the whole album, but I received a cd with only two songs on it. When purchasing music from this seller, be sure to read carefully!

The CD arrived in a timely manner. It was packaged well. The CD itself as well as its' cover were in excellent condition. It sounds good too.

My daughter who is 13 and I both love this cd. It is one of our favorites.

I don't care that I don't understand half the songs. I can listen to it all day at work. I can actually sing along with some of though I have no idea what I'm singing. There's a nice mixture of soothing sounds and up beats. I love the instraments that are used -- a large variety.

I find that when she sings "lalalalalalala" that my whole world gets better! This is just what the doctor ordered.

Well, that, and heavy Thorazine.

I was disappointed in that it had only two songs on it, I guess I didn't read the discription of the CD
