Hello, fellow suffering students preparing for the GRE. I cannot recommend these study cards! I found several errors in the math cards; some simple misprints and some calculation errors. On the verbal cards some words would be listed in the adjective form while the definition was given for the noun, and vice versa. I found them to be very detrimental and began to consult my dictionary for many of them. I also bought "The GRE for Dummies" which was much more helpful, since it gives a clear explanation of all of the math problems, while the cards do not.

The vocabulary words in this set have appeared on several of the practice tests I've taken. The math basics were helpful to review. Memorizing these cards filled in some missing pieces and made me feel much more prepared to take the test.

The vocabulary cards had three words per card - I would have preferred one
per card so I could divide the words I knew from those I needed to learn.
The math cards had solutions but no explanations. I did not find them useful.

I am using various study tools, and these cards are usually left on the bookshelf because they are a waste of time. The definitions on the vocab cards are confusing and there are errors on the math cards. It might be a quick review but in no way complete. If you do use these cards, it should only be as a supplemental tool to a study guide (I like Barron's) which will give you a much better idea to what the test is like.

Never received the item. Sent an email to sender and never replied or refunded my order. Very bad experience. GRE exam is this week and no cards to study<

My students love them. We use them in class for group study and a jeopardy/trivia game. They're good review before finals and good preview for upcoming lessons. Exambusters cover the basics in an unconfusing format. In our learning center, we use the software. It's easy to figure out. Just click around and all the functions are clear. Students can remove cards they know or don't need from a virtual stack of cards, the same as if they had index cards printed. The screensaver helped with vocabulary study especially. The computer test was different each time and no matter how many times it was taken. There are three lengths to choose from, quiz, mid-term, and final.

Try these first to review math and/or vocabulary you haven't seen for awhile. Just the basics are presented and I found I already knew some of the answers, but other times, the cards filled in the gaps. That's what's good about flash cards, you can pull out the ones you don't need. Can't do that with a work book unless you want to rip out some pages and use a lot of white out!! The software and the cards were both helpful; the same information in two different forms. Thanks, Exambusters. You've covered it all and given me more confidence!

Helped me to prepare for the exam. I tried taking sample tests in some review books, but ended up turning to the cards first for review, then those sample tests were easier to tackle. The vocabulary section was really helpful. Some of the words I learned came up on the exam, and as a separate bonus my reading comprehension and working vocabulary in general have improved. I've tried to add these "well-educated" words to my every day speech which sometimes annoys my friends but impresses anyone over thirty!

I bought several courses. The cards offer basic concepts in small bites. The information was relevant to what was presented by my teacher. The cards and CD's gave good review before exams and a head start at the start of the new school year. The cards had a lot of questions; you can carry them in your pocket and learn a few each day. The software was easy to use. It is like the cards but on the screen. You can take a test or just review. Front is question, click for answer on back of card. The software can also show the cards on the screen at random, first the question, then the answer. They change every few seconds. That keeps you reading and wondering what's coming up next. It's entertaining while you're studying.

This collection of study cards are a quick and condensed way of preparing for the GRE. I recomend them for anyone trying to prepare in a hurry.
