This is now my 2nd battery from these guys. I also have the New Trent iCruiser IMP1000 11000mAh External Battery Pack which is also incredible.
When I first bought the IGeek model, it only worked a week before it wouldn't charge. I contacted the customer support and Robert got back to be right away. It actually turned out that these guys are right here in my own neighborhood so I was able to drop by and just swap out my battery for another one. These guys are efficient, friendly and fix any problems you have immediately.
I will be buying another battery from them soon for a friend of mine and I recommend them highly.
Oh, and by the way, I have had several other types of "external battery chargers" that were much more expensive but didn't have nearly the charging capability. These are definitely the best I have found on the market.

This battery extender/charger has freed up my iPod Touch to be used whenever/wherever I want. No more being tied to a computer or electrical outlet when the battery is low. It's portable and convenient to carry; it charges several times before the IMP880 needs charged. In the 2-3 weeks I've had it, it has only needed charging twice and one of those was the charge it received before the first use. It has auto-shut off to prevent overcharging from it's charger and for turning itself off after being disconnected from a device it has charged. I always set an alarm to disconnect it after my iTouch has charged so I don't know if it stops charging automatically upon fully charging a device but I suspect it does. Have not used it to charge my wife's Samsung Galaxy yet, but it looks like it will do that, too, when we need it to. The IMP880 is a very versatile charger and I could not be more satisfied with it.

The charger itself is fairly good. It's able to provide multiple charges to my several cellphones when I'm on the go. Problem is the connector. If you intend to use the connector that comes with the product, be ready for a big disappointment. Throw away the included USB connectors, it's useless.
Get a good USB cord from your favorite electronic store, the one that sits tight in your cellphone's charging port. Use it with this battery pack and you'd be set!
