Despite the claim that this product is compatible with all iPods w/Dock connectors except shuffle, it is not compatible with third gen iPods w/Dock connectors. As to the product itself, the plastic is cheap and flimsy and the dock connector does not fit well even on later model iPods. Don't bother.

Nice kit for the car and home. Price was great and it shipped fast. Really happy. This is so much better than having to wind up my cord charger that I got with my Ipod touch

I found one of these kits locally (for several dollars more) to use with the families latest generation ipods, four 4g and 8g Nanos and two 80g Classics. The cable works as well as the OEM cable to sync or charge. The power adapters work perfectly. On the Classics the charging symbol does not come on but they are charged nonetheless. This is an inconsequential annoyance--the cost/benefit ratio remains well on the plus side.

The item is fairly light weight. If you were using it everyday, I doubt it would hold up long, but I only use it once a week at most, and it is working well for me. A great buy for the price in my situation.

bought this set for my I-phone 3GS and it did not work. I tried using it to charge my phone but nothing happened... a waste of money avoid this set there are others out there that do work

This is so handy for trips and just not relying on the computer all the time for charging. I first got one for my son. Then I had to get one for myself. We use them most of the time and especially when traveling.

This is a nice product for your iPod or iPhone when need charging on the go at home or car. Well packed and really useful. Highly recommended!!!

worked great for a while but then the thin cable started to crack and break. now the roll up cable is useless but you can still plug in the cable that came with your ipod.
