It seems durable for me. Has plenty of storage space. Looks nice. Took about 2 hours for me and my husband to built it together. We are not that experienced, but we have everything from IKEA. Not all parts were marked, so it took longer to find out what is what. That's why one star less.

This is a very nice looking, useful piece of furniture. It is the perfect size I needed in my cabin. The price + free shipping helped me decide on this. Only downside is, it comes in a multitude of different components and requires screws, glue, bolts, and nails to assemble. All of these are included in the kit and it's not really that difficult to assemble, but you need a large open space to do so. I would purchase this again and recommend it to friends.

This is a good product for the price. It is not high end and will not last forever, but if you need a buffet for storage and do not want to put out $$$$, then this is for you.

Good solid product. I love it and it looks so nice in my kitchen. I needed extra pantry space and serves also as a microwave and coffee cart. I put it together by myself and didn't have any problems at all. I had two things wrong, one is one of the magnets on the doors doesn't line up so it doesn't stay snapped shut and the other is the knob screw doesn't tighten all the way. I tried using some of the glue but that didn't help. I need to buy some stronger glue. Other than that, you can't beat the price for a good solid cabinet

This item was purchased by my mother for my small apartment kitchen. Its main use is for the counter top to hold a couple items that I don't have the counter space for. It arrived today and I took out all the pieces (most of them marked, some the stickers had fallen off). I got my screwdriver and hammer and went to work. I assembled this all by myself and if I had to calculate time I would say total work time was only about 2 hours after I got it all out of the box. I had my 4 year old helping me take it all out and watching me put it together. We stopped for lunch and a couple times to get off my tile floor, but overall I was very impressed with the quality of this product. Only one of the screws didn't want to screw all the way in and if I had a power tool it would have had no chance. Best advice I could give is have a powered screwdriver and it would have cut the assembly time by at least an hour. Otherwise the only part that would have been nice having help on was putting on the doors. Still doable without anyone else. Good product for the price!!

First, the buffet is exactly what it is - a bargain ready to assembly piece of furniture. If you're looking for 'furniture quality' look elsewhere. But for those who know 'you get what you pay for' this is a very good buffet. I would have given 4 stars if...the packaging had been something that resembled shippable packaging and not tissue paper in a gift bag.
The stryofoam packed inside isn't a heavy enough density to cushion the weight of the parts. Opening [what's left] of the box creates a snowstorm of pulverized styro. The box is a joke, it's a density only meant for retail display and not shipping. The whole thing needs to be encased in real corregated material meant for shipping. Although the shipping company probably did it no favors, the real culprit is the cheap Chinese packaging.
Damage is probable, don't count on putting this buffet in service without allowing for time to have replacement parts delivered.

The buffet is just as lovely as its photo, and very practical for my needs. Aside from the two holes drilled on either side of the top (there must be a hutch that attaches to it), its appearance in my kitchen is a delightful accent. Inside storage is just fine for kitchen staples; my large soup pots fit nicely in the cubby under the drawers.

The delivery, however, was most unfortunate. The box was badly battered and taped back together by the shipper; had I been home, I would not have accepted it. The up side is that only the runners for the drawers were damaged, and so the drawers do not slide correctly. The top drawer is unusable, as the runner prevents it from closing once it is opened.

This cabinet was pretty easy to put together except I would suggest using a regular phillips head for building the drawers (not a electric screwdriver). The screw head stripped before I had it screwed in all the way so I had to remove the screw with needle nose pliers (which was a pain in the butt)! Otherwise, i am very pleased with this purchase. I also changed the ugly wooded knobs to match my kitchen cabinet knobs. I'm using it as a microwave/ toaster oven cart on top and i stored all of my spices and small appliances inside. I love it!
