I had seen this in a store for a much higher price and didn't purchase it. Then I saw it on Amazon and read good reviews...I was concerned about the chlorine in my bath water - but I just didn't see how this thing could work because the water splashes over it - it just didn't make sense to me! But I ordered it anyway and I am SO glad I did! I still have no idea how this works but the water has absolutely no chlorine smell anymore -- the water feels soft and my skin feels so soft. Plus, the company that makes this item has excellent customer service. I emailed with a few questions and they got back to me right away and were very helpful.

i didnt give it a 5th star because the plastic ball that surrounds it doesn't fit great and comes apart a lot. it is designed to split in half, in order to replace the filter pouch, which is great! but it doesnt snap very well so it is constantly coming apart. i think it is still usable though, without the plastic casing. just something that becomes annoying!

Water gets enough treatment to cause a better feeling water... thank you!... this big ball is OK... tho I am ready to re-invent how to handle this bundle. Really enjoy the customer service!

This filter doesn't work. It floats in the bathtub for 1 hour and does absolutely nothing - chlorine smell still strong. I tried it on the faucet - it doesn't even catch water (it kind of roll of it). I have New Wave Shower filter and also 10 Stage Water filter - they truly remove chlorine. Save your money and buy some other bath filter. Look for the one that actually catches water from faucet, not just floating in your tub. I returned this filter and shopping for the better design.
