great book for grades 3-5,

Easy to read, interesting for children 8-10. Better than most textbooks. Would recommend it to any parents who want to help their kids prepare for the NYS 5th grade social studies exams.

We bought several books for my daughter's state report - this one had lots of good information that was presented in a way my 10-year-old was able to digest and use for her report. It was presented in a fun way as well!
