This music is serious jazz as well as serious Latin sound. Very sophisticated, solid performances with excellent arrangements. Great! One of the few CDs I've bought all year.

I heard this cd at a party and it really caught my ear. It really cooks with great solos and great arrangements. The band features Jon Faddis, and Monty Alexander as well as Dave Valentin. It's on my list for at least 4 stocking stuffers.
