I received the product, but it was put in a box that was too small for it and the casing was all bent and the product was basically opened. Since I'm giving it as a gift, I had to repackage it to make it suitable

This arrived at my home packaged nicely and it's in great shape. It's really good quality. We try to add a NY Yankees ornament every year (and pretty soon we'll have a whole Yankee tree). We added a few this year thanks to this nice ornament and a few others. If I had to choose, I'd say the ball and jersey ornaments are nicer than this one, but it's still a very nice ornament.
