A hit!
It's my fourth year using this calendar as my daily "book." The pages are thick so your writing doesn't bleed through to the opposite page, and it's nice to have the cartoons to read when you're stuck somewhere with nothing to read. It's the exact same calendar they sell in the New Yorker Magazine (without your name engraved on the cover) -- but almost half the price.

New Yorker's Only
The size and layout is very usable...however content is too limited to N.Y.C. I'm out west so it is of no benefit or use to have access to the the maps, dining, lodging and entertainment guides..... Could use a list of holidays for '09 & '10 and another pocket or two. If you're a "local" you'll love it!!! Maybe. BEJ

This is my favorite day-timer ever w/ its New Yorker cartoons, maps and info about New York landmarks, a U.S. area-code and time-zone map, international dialing codes and plenty of space for daily schedules, addresses and notes. W/ its binding and ribbon marker, it adds a touch of class to scheduling on a daily basis.

I have been ordering this calendar for several years. I don't know what has happened but the comics have become quite vulgar. I can no longer leave this calendar open for my kids or grandchildren to view. I won't be ordering this calendar in the future. It is rated "X" for x-rated material.
