Great book in a great series!
I have several books in this series, and I love most of them. (Brazil was disappointing.) New Zealand is a favorite because of the beautiful, intelligently chosen photography of the many scenic areas of the country. The book is a large format hardback that contains more photographs than text. I have found a few translation errors throughout the series, but this does not...

Serious spelling error ... on the FIRST PAGE
I has horrified when this book arrived today, and I opened the cover and read NEW ZELAND ... that's right ... ZELAND instead of ZEALAND. It's a real shame because the book itself stunning - the publisher/editor should be fired for ruining what otherwise would have been the perfect gift for my daughter to donate to her class when we move away.

I have several books in this series, and I love most of them. (Brazil was disappointing.) New Zealand is a favorite because of the beautiful, intelligently chosen photography of the many scenic areas of the country. The book is a large format hardback that contains more photographs than text. I have found a few translation errors throughout the series, but this does not bother me because I am more interested in the beautiful, poster-size photographs at a bargain price. The 4-for-3 promotion makes it about $7.50. Great book for a person who wants to "see" New Zealand on a tight budget.
