A lot of great recipes for zucchini, squash and pumpkin. Great mix and match section, where you can take 4 different things and combine with squash to make a meal. We always have a lot of squash during growing season. and now know what to do with all of them.

Paid for the book on Dec 1 for a Christmas present. Book never arrived. Seller did not respond to my email. Finally got re-imbursed through Amazon on Jan 10. First unacceptable transaction on Amazon after many great experiences.
