Looks Nice on paper but never received one that worked,

I really wanted to like this product, but I could not receive one that actually worked. The first one I received had a huge dent in it. The second one did not cool correctly. The third one has broken glass and cut my finger. I had enough at this point. Their customer service was poor. It took a long time to get my refund. They first told me that they could not refund my amazon account. They said they would have to send me a check. Then 2 weeks later, they credited my amazon account. I did finally get my money, but needless to say, I will never buy anything from this company again. They don't know how to ship a working product or to promptly solve customer issues.

You get what you pay for. Junk.,
This review is from: NewAir AW320ED 32 Bottle Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler With Dual Temperature Zones
I was very hesitant to buy a product that was not actually sold by Amazon, but I did it anyway to save a few dollars. BAD MOVE.
The product arrived over two weeks after I ordered it. That was the first bad sign. Opened it and noticed that it smelt slightly funky. Thought nothing of it. It did not appear that it was a brand new product, there were some fingerprints on the glass and some of the packaging appeared to be unwrapped before. It also seemed very odd that the door frame had three screwholes on it when it only required two for the handle bar. It was ugly but not a big deal. Not wanting the hassle of trying to return it, I proceeded to use it. I put in about 10 bottles of wine in both compartments and left it on overnight. The temperature was set to 52degrees on both. The next morning I checked on it and it appeared that only one compartment was cooling. The left compartment was completely at room temperature. I decided to leave it on for the rest of the day. By night, no change. one side was clearly not working. Even better, the side that was working had a temperature display that was going haywire. It displayed some odd blinking lights, almost like some sci-fi alien doomsday device. Eventually by the next day, both compartments were officially dead. Called customer service for the manufacturer which in itself was laughable. Completely unhelpful and a waste of effort. I'm in the process of repacking this piece of plastic and metal and will have no choice but to deal with this outfit where the unit was purchased. Not really upset, but I will never again risk all my time and effort just to save a little money. All I can say is caveat emptor.

Positive transaction from Air & Water through Amazon for a great wine cooler,

I looked everywhere from Costco to Wine Stores trying to find a perfect wine cooler before a friend suggested Amazon. That's where I came across the NewAir AW320ED. This is a VERY nice unit! I previously purchased the Cuisinart before this one, but sent ended up returning it since it was so loud. I bought this one, and I couldn't be happier. It has a lot of great features that the Cuisinart did not and, in my opinion, looks nicer. First, its very quiet compared to the Cuisinart. It has dual zones so I can store my growing collection of both red and white wines. I love that it doesn't make more noise as my refrigerator. It also has screw-in feet that can be used to level it. This was particularly helpful with the textured travertine floor in my kitchen. Although, it's not a big deal unless your floors are not quite level like mine. It has a nice LED light on the interior that is much brighter than the Cuisinart light. It cast a nice blue ray so I can easily find my wine for the night. I really like the touch screen controls as well. The temperature ranges are easily controlled with a touch of a button. It was also super easy to setup. The unit even included a one year warranty, which help make my decision to purchase the unit. So far it has been about 5 months since I've had the cooler, and my wife and I are really pleased. For about the same price as the Cuisinart, this is a much better unit. Buy it!

Poor Temperature Control,
By Joan Ward (Longview, Texas United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: NewAir AW320ED 32 Bottle Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler With Dual Temperature Zones
It worked great for about two weeks. It kept the red wine at 55F and the white's at 48F. Now it can't stay below 51F on the white's and it runs all the time. The only way to make it cycle off is to raise the white's temperature to 52F. I would not buy another thermo-electric product.

I'm from Chile and I wanted a very good present to my husband. This wine cooler is not only a good way to mantain our wines, it's also a beautiful piece of design in our kitchen. Separeted places for white and red wine is a guaranty of perfect temperature. Despite the long distance, it arrive in perfect conditions ... but my credit card it's still suffering!

Pros: Quiet, decent temperature maintenance, shelf space is fairly generous.Cons: Like most thermoelectrics, it has difficulty keeping cool when the ambient temperature is very warm. Doesn't remember temperature settings if it loses power. The buttons are too easy to press during normal use. I'm happy with this purchase. It's much quieter than the compressor-type cooler that it replaced. I keep my reds a 62F and whites at 46F. During the summer here in NC, it often can't keep any cooler than 50F. Not a big deal for me but it's something to keep in mind. Also, with other wine coolers I've owned, it was a tight fit with larger diameter bottles but this is not a problem here. Bottom Line: 4.5 stars due to the minor annoyances listed above, but overall a very good product. Recommended.

Great value fridge!,
This review is from: NewAir AW320ED 32 Bottle Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler With Dual Temperature Zones
I'd purchased a couple of comparable Vinotemp coolers and wasn't able to use either of them because they both came severely damaged. When I got them out of the box they looked junky anyway. I also had trouble with their customer service.
I mention Vinotemp as a backdrop for my experience with this fridge and company. Air-N-Water was a completely different experience. I emailed a question to their sales team to ask about the difference between this model and the one with the stainless steel finishing on the front (for the record, I purchased that one). They responded promptly (the only difference is the finishing and the control buttons--nothing major). My initial issue with purchasing this model was the intensity of the blue lights. It's actually not so bad and doesn't look tacky. The fridge does come with a little Air-N-Water sticker which you can easily peel off and then remove the residue with some goo be gone or similar product. Runs very quietly. I have it near my desk and hardly notice it at all. Capacity is as advertised. However, be warned that German style bottles do not fit on the shelves and have to be turned so that they end up taking up the space of two bottles. You also don't seem to be able to get four half bottles in the space where two full bottles would go. Still working on figuring that out. I haven't had any problems with "fat" bottles otherwise. The shelves are fine and well-finished. Nothing amazing but they work. My only gripe is with apparent temperature fluctuations. I have everything set at 54 degrees and the fridges go from a range of 53 to 56 degrees, though mostly staying in the 54-55 degree range. This is a great product and great especially given the cost. It truly is as advertised and a sturdy fridge with a substantial presence in the room.

Okay, so before I finally bought this wine cooler, I was looking for ever but kept coming back to this one and im glade I did. I have had it for about two months now and its works great and looks awesome. Also after looking for weeks the $399 price tag, $389 after the instant $10 off coupon, its the best price for a 32 bottle cooler and with dual temperature compartments....I would tell all people who want to get rid of that wine rack and tired of having to come home from work, find the bottle you want then have to wait for your wine to get chilled in the refrigerator to upgrade to something that will keep all your wines cool so when you do want that one good bottle its already for you!
