My son's first carseat (borrowed) didn't have a headrest in it, and this one worked great. It's VERY soft, and cradled his head beautifully. It has little straps to loop around the safety belts of the carseat as well. With his second carseat (we bought a Snugride), the headrest didn't cradle his head as well, so I often used this one. He obviously didn't mind it, and I love it.

The head rest that came with my carseat wasn't real good. This head rest keeps my baby's head in place so that her head isn't all over the place while riding in the car. Since it's pink, it also gave my daughter's car seat a girly look to it. It comes with 2 head rests, one for a smaller baby and a bigger one for when baby's head gets bigger. You can also use them together for extra support. If you want your baby to be comfy this is a must have!

When we brought our new baby girl home from the hospital in her new carseat I originally put towels in the carseat to keep her head from moving. But I found that the towel kept on sliding out so I went and bought these. I love them. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. She can still turn and look around but when she falls asleep it keeps her head from wobbling all over the place. I would definitely reccomend this product. Super easy and works well.

WHEN I HAD MY SON, 6 YEARS AGO, THE ONLY HEAD REST WAS A BLANKET, AND WHEN I HAD MY LITTLE GIRL, YOU HAD TO TAKE THE CAR SEAT APART TO PUT THE BELT IN THE HOLES, SO THE LITTLE VELCRO OPENINGS ARE A GREAT ADDITION, AND I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I USE IT IN THE CAR SEAT, THE SWING, THE BOUNCER, AND ANY WHERE ELSE SHE NEEDS HER HEAD TO BE HELD STILL. EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN'T COME WITH DIRECTIONS, IT DOESN'T TAKE A GENIUS TO FIGURE IT OUT, IT IS REALLY SIMPLE.

This is an ideal product and has come in handy with our newborn. Highly recommended

This is an okay product if parents understand that it is NOT to be used with a carseat according to NHTSA standards. Aftermarket products are not safe for use in vehicles and many children are injured because of their use. It is, however, excellent with the baby's swing.

I recieved the product as a gift for my baby shower. When trying to place it in the stroller, I had no idea how to...there were no instructions how to install it properly... So i returned it

I know this product must work, I mean it worked fine for us, but my baby was born at 10 lbs. When I found out that it wasn't approved for my carseat though, I took it out. I think they should make specialty headrests for each seat, which some carseats do. I had a problem with the headrest for my carseat though, because it didn't support my first baby's head. That's why I bought this one.

This product looks very comfy, but it did not come with instructions as someone mentioned. The main problem is tangling the seatbelt of the babyseat through it without making baby uncomfortable. Also there are fabric hoops, and who knows what they are for... they are not for the seatbelt either. Especially for baby really needs to get instructions out for this one.
