this book was very good but not as good as the first one. i know i put a 5 star but why i did that was because the first book was awesome*4 and this one would be awesome*2. i would strongly sugjest this to kids.

I passed this series many times while looking around the bookstore, seeing the size of the series I assumed that this was one of those lousy books written by a sad excuse for an author. Estatic to recieve my kindle I waited all morning to recieve it, since my parents were not home at the time an my grandpa said he was not good at "techy" stuff I searched around for a good FREE book seeing this as the only one I reluctantly downloaded it, I started readind about Charlotte and her first day of school, on thing that I must commend the author on was the fact that she was able to have four differnt points of view yet not confuse te reader, up to par with Madison Finn. Note that this is all coming from someone who usually hates realistic fiction books.

annie bryant is a genius in the mind of the modern teenage girl. though the writing technique in this book is different than in the first book, it captivates you just the same. more drama. more schemes. more resolutions. more discoveries. and best of all, more friendship.

My nine year old is currently reading this book series. She has enjoyed these books and looks forward to reading more of them.

Not my Fave,
This review is from: Bad News/Good News (Beacon Street Girls #2) (Paperback)
I didn't like this one as much as the first one. Ways for the book to be better:
1. For Katani to be a little kinder to Isabel 2. for Maeve to be a little more mature and invite Isabel in slower than she did. i have read all the beacon street girl books [1-14] and I think that Maeve is my least favorite character, for obvious reasons. she was ok in the first book, but itts all down hill from there |
