I've tried a couple of brands that were listed as heavy weight. This is the best by far. Shiny, heavy in your hand and smooth all around. I bought these for commercial use to get rid of plastics and i am sure they will last a long time. No bent tines or rust spots from dishwashing detergent.
I was also able to order just what i needed without purchasing a set.

We have a somewhat "green" office and this fits right into our theme of no plastics or foam of any kind.

Go with this brand and you will be pleased.
