More About the Author
Author C.J Hudson hails from the east side of Cleveland where he grew up surrounded by crime, violence, and drugs. Determined to not succumb to that way of living, he attended Kent State university for one year. An avid reader for the past eighteen years, C.J was introduced to urban fiction by his future wife when she gave him Carl Weber's Married Men. Although he enjoyed his first urban fiction novel, C.J craved to read about the type of street stories that he saw on a daily basis in the inner city. That's when he started going to Borders and searching out Street lit books. He quickly came across K'wan's classic novel Gangsta. He then went on a reading barrage and read everything from T-Styles to Triple Crown novels. Shortly after that C.J was laid off from his job as a machine opperator. While laid off, C.J. decided to try his hand at writing. After writing his first manuscript entitled Skeletons, he wrote the manuscript that got him a publishing deal, Chedda Boyz. He is currently hard at work on his second novel. He is married with two children.

I think this is an AWESOME book for young adults, 18 and up. (The safe sex message floats through this book like blood through the veins. The characters are everyday people who we ALL can relate to and I'm sure we all know a variation of them in our own lives. This was a book that I couldn't put down. Hats off to the author for taking us into the world of deceit, lies, sex, STD's, and more, all in the comfort of our own homes!

this book was soo good i was impatiently waiting for it to drop and when it did, i was totally happy with what i was reading! CJ u did your thing with this book. Im not exagerating when i say i read this book and 8 hours. It was a none stop page turning read!

I am going to keep it real...this book had no substance. You got 2 women with HIV running around giving men the virus...I have read his first book so I guess when I read this I was like WTH. He had so many characters and sex scenes that he did not have chance to develop a good story line at all. The writing just seemed all over the place like his focus was meeting his editor deadline than developing a good story.Moral of the story I get it is practice safe sex,but what else is there? Better luck next time CJ. Still a fan just not of this book.
