I can no longer find Nexxus aloe rid shampoo in my stores. This is the only shampoo that does not leave a film on my hair and it is also very gentle for everyday use. I am very happy that Amazon has this available. :)

What can I say. I have been using Nexus Aloe Rid Gentle Clarifying Shampoo for over two years now. I have thick salt and pepper hair, more salt than pepper. I have always had oily hair and I wash it every day. I do not use sprays, gels, mousse or any other styling product. So why am I using this shampoo...because it leaves my hair clean and shiny and it blow drys beautifully. My hair always looks great and I get many compliments on it.

I am no spring chicken and I have used most products available over the years. This is the one. It doesn't dry my hair, it just leaves it squeaky clean and manageable. So don't skip it just because you don't use gels etc. on your hair. You know you also get build up from minerals, etc in the water that you wash your hair with. This takes care of that. It does not strip your hair, it just makes it clean and healthy looking, not droopy and flat.

Received only one bottle of AloeRid; the other bottle was volumizing shampoo (???) Will not order again; it was supposed to be two bottles of Aloe Rid!

I feel like I am in a salon in my shower now! Quality shampoo, enhances the shower experience.

Let's just say that since I now have two bottles of this garbage I can scratch cheap store-brand liquid dish soap off my shopping list.

This new formula in the bottle with the black cap is terrible. A far far cry from the salon quality Aloe Rid I have used before. Deserves a zero star rating.

Will now start my search for the original salon formula.
