I have been using this product for years. After drying my hair I put large rollers and dab small amount of cream on top of rollers and use dryer for a minue.
Remove rollers and comb hair gently. Hair is very gently curled, non greasy and is not limpy.
Do not have to use hair spray unless the humidity is high. Perfect for strait short or medium long hair.
I love it. Happy that I found a source to buy it since no drugstores carry it anymore.

I like this product for my hair. I have curly fine hair and it gets frizzy on the ends. This helps calm my hair and give it more control and more definition. However I don't like the strong chemical smell. It smells like something that would be in a cleaning product. So I am concerned that it may dry my hair out with extended use. I have used this product in the past and always liked it. I don't remember it smelling like this though.

I have been using this product for over ten years. Every few years Nexxus renames it. I have very thick, coarse curly hair that is shoulder legnth. I use it after each shampoo on damp hair. It tames the frizziness and defines my curls. I put about a tablespoon in the palm of my hand, rub it between my palms and fingers, then work it into my hair starting at the ends, I never blow dry my hair anymore. It is heavy, but works great for thick curly hair.

This stuff smells bad, like medicine or cleaning products. Further, it doesn't provide much in the way of hold. It doesn't make hair crispy or clumpy, but it doesn't leave it soft. When I use this product (I've tried using it alone and with different things) my hair feels dry like I've washed it in acid or something. It won't behave. It just creates angry straw-like hair. I have naturally wavy hair with some curl still left. I have highlights in my hair, and this is not a friendly product. They make a pommade in a tub that is much much much better, and smells better.
