This conditioner is a goddess-send. It absolutely softens and strengthens my multiple hair strands of 3B,3C & 4A texlax strands. It doesn't leave my hair hard like other protein treatments. Unfortunately this grey top formula is the old forumula where Keratin is actually the 7th ingredient : Aqueous Extract of Maticaria, Stearalkonium Chloride, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Mineral Oil, Keratin Amino Acid, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Flour Lipids, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Alpha Glucan Oligosaccharide, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Magnesium Citrate, Manganese Citrate, Avocado Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycine Soja Sterol, Ceramide 3, Butyl Methoxydibenzoyl Methane, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Myristic Acid, Palamitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Chloride, Polyglyceryl 3 Distearate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Petrolatum, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, DNA, RNA, Polyquaternium 10, Zinc Chloride, Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Methylparaben, Fragrance

Since Nexxus went commercial and sell their products in places like Wal-Mart, etc. they have changed the formula to Keraphix. All the new formulas are in the Black Tops and Keratin is the 29th ingredient and it's full of silicone and other cheap junky ingredients: Water (Aqua, Eau), Stearyl Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Dimethicone, Cyclohexasiloxane, Aspartic Acid, Quaternium-18, Fragrance (Parfum), DMDM Hydantoin, Isostearamidopropyl Ethyldimonium Ethosulfate, Citric Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, PEG-9, Disodium EDTA, Coumarin, Benzyl Benzoate, Limonene, Zinc Chloride, Sodium RNA, Rhodochrosite, Panthenol, Magnesium Citrate, DNA, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Polyquaternium-10, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Sodium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Propylene Glycol, Polyglyceryl-3 Distearate, Polysorbate 60, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Myristic Acid, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Flour Lipids, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Sterols, Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide, Ceramide 3, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Tocopheryl Acetate

What ashame that they changed the formulas to junk. You can still find the grey tops but who knows if they will continue to make the top of the line ingredients when inventory runs out. Well, I'm of several races so I have wavy, curly, dry frizzy hair....I wash it and it looks and feels like straw. Even when the ends are trimmed it doesn't look healthy. I have tried every single hair product out there, including Garnier which I thought was the best...I had always shied away from Nexxus because of the prices, but then I gave in and decided to give it a shot. I bought this along with the shampoo and leave-in conditioner.......Now my curls are soft, shiny and healthy looking and it smells really good too...even when I blow dry my hair, it stays nice and soft and I don't get the fly away effect...so no more straw hair for me! I now swear by this product and this is the only one I'll use on my hair. Definitely recommend for anyone that has dry, frizzy, untamed hair. It's worth the money if you are as frustrated as I was with all the products out that that promised healthy shiny hair after two weeks...all bull! Nexxus all the way!!

This product is *amazing*. My hair used to be course, frizzy, damaged (breakable and split ends) and this conditioner has made my hair do a 180. Now it's soooo smooth, soft and touchable and frizzies are down to a minimum. It also has a really nice scent, almost like cherries to me. I definitely recommend it!!
