For anyone who's blood runs "Big Orange" or for college football historians and fans in general, this book is a must read. Tennessee football fans have heard the name Neyland and stories about the General all our lives, but this book tells the whole story of one of the greatest innovative coaches in college football history. Through discipline, hard work, vision and a little luck, The General used his military training to take Tennessee Football to the top and left it positioned as one of the premier sports programs in the nation. This should be required reading for anyone who wears "Big Orange" and sings "Rocky Top." When you finish the book, you'll be proud to be a "Volunteer."
