An intriguing disscusion but not a documentary,

I was hoping for a real documentary on Human progress. Instead, this is for the most part a videotaped panel with 3 experts. If you like Ferguson, this is still great. All he said is brilliant (as usual) but I would rather see him in a documentary.If you really want to see him in a well done documentary I'd recommend "The World Without US" - a film that shows what would happen should the US withdraw its military from around the world. GOOD DISCUSSION IN THE FUTURE. TOMORROW IS THE BIG CLUE...HISTORIANS AND FUTURIST... N.FERGUSON IS A VERY GOOD BENCHMARK ON PHILOSOPHY OF HISTORY TODAY.HE IS VERY FLUENT AND CLEAR IN HIS ARGUMENTS AND IDEAS.THE DABATE IS VERY INTERESTING FOR STUDENTS TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE COMPLEXITY OF THE UNCERTAIN FUTURE. I LIKE THE DEBATE AND THE WAY IS TAPE. I RECOMEND THE MATERIAL TO THE ONES THAT STUDY AND READ N. FERGUSON...A VERY BRIGHT AND EXTRAORDINARY HISTORIAN.
