Format: Perfect Paperback
Nan Russell is a dynamo and this little book is just gold.

I constantly carry it around in my handbag, and refer to it often. Usually loaning it out to a friend, and promising it to the next friend before it has even returned.

The tips are quick and painless. You know the ones - common sense, lovely little ditties that pick us up off the floor and get us going again.

I highly recommend it.
