This review is from: Nicaragua: Those Passed By (Paperback)
This book is obscene. For someone to go on about the crimes of the Sandinistas, and somehow overlook the horrors of U.S. military interventions, the Somoza regime, and the terror of the U.S. backed Contra forces - it's incredible. If someone wants to be serious about the suffering of the Nicaraguans, here are a couple places to start:Washington's War on Nicaragua and Solomon's House: The Lost Children of Nicaragua. |
