V. Michael Santoro has over 10 years of experience with both search engine optimization and content marketing. Prior experience includes senior marketing positions in both the medical device and high tech industries. He has a Masters Degree from Central Connecticut State University and an undergraduate from the University of New Haven. Additionally, Mr. Santoro was an Adjunct Professor with the Computer Science Department of Western Connecticut State University. He is also an established nonfiction author, as well as an award winning fiction author.

John S. Rizzo
John S. Rizzo obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and then spent three years as a consultant for Amazon.com’s publishing group. Over the last six years, he has assisted small and local business owners with their digital marketing strategy and served in leadership positions for multiple Chamber of Commerce initiatives that impact small businesses.

Kudos to John and V. Michael, who have done a superb job of sharing marketing industry best practices for business owners who want to learn how to market their businesses. They have explained, in a step-by-step process, exactly what has to happen to successfully market a business using today's technology.

Further, and at least equally as important, they have empowered the small business owner by arming them with the information they need to know in order to avoid being taken to the cleaners by an unethical marketing firm who isn't qualified to provide the kinds of services they need. They've even included checklists and questions you should ask of any marketing agency you are considering doing business with. If you aren't going to do it yourself, knowing the right questions to ask a prospective agency can save the business owner countless hours of work and thousands of dollars!

They have really covered everything that a business owner needs to know including best website building practices, lead generation and customer loyalty, to reputation management.

I offer my full endorsement on the information in this guide and I don't often offer my endorsement to a competing agency's work. If you own a small business, you NEED to read this book!

This is a great book. It breaks down the information overload you get from the internet. The internet has alot of free information but this clears up all the chaos.
