This book holds great insights into coaching and the advantages finding your "niche" as opposed to a more general-based coaching. The author offers great practical advice on how a coach can become more secure in his/her field of coaching. Very encouraging and insightful.

Hannah MacNamara has done a great service to any one setting out to enter this challenging and burgeoning field. Step by step instruction, very practical exercises, and a quick read! I thoroughly enjoyed it.
