I've been smoke free for over 8 months and I'm not even worried about starting again. I don't chew this everyday, but I keep it around incase I do get a craving. The white ice is my favorite and I think the flavor lasts the longest. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a life change. Just a note to anyone trying it for the first time, there may be a bit of a sting in your mouth/ throat every now and then but it's way better then smoking.
